Delivery will depend on stock availability on site and timing of incoming stock which can be between 14-21 Business Days. Personalization such as embroidery can add up to 7 Business days to your order.
After personalization your order will be packed and send off for delivery, you will then receive your tracking details. Delivery can take up to 4 Business days, depending on your location.
Custom orders (extra length pants and custom sizes) are made according to exact measurements of each individual order placed. Manufacturing of these can take up to 21 Business Days.
If an item is to be exchanged, you need to have all the original packing. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed & unused.
No returns, exchanges are allowed on sale/discount items, socks or gift cards.
Regrettably we do not offer free exchanges, Shipping is calculated at R240.00 back and forth.
We have a no cancellation/refund policy for orders placed. However, if you notify us within 48 hours from purchase, we will offer a cash refund.
Cash refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process.
Sale items: Please note we do not allow exchanges on SALE items. All sale/discount items are final sale.
EARTHx Collection: Please note that we cannot guarantee the exchange of items from this collection since specific sizes might be out of stock and not available. Items from this collection are sold as sets and can only be exchanged for same size top and jogger sets depending on stock availability.
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must fill out the exchange form within 7 days after receiving an order. You can find the exchange form here.
If you wish to exchange something that you purchased, you can do so by following these steps.
Log an Exchange Online:
STEP 1 – FILL OUT THE EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM
Fill out the form. We will respond as soon as possible to talk you through the process.
Please note depending on stock availability exchanges can take between 10-15 business days.
STEP 2 – SAFELY PACK
The merchandise must be collected within 7 days of receiving the order. Please be sure the merchandise is in its original state. The merchandise must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and unused. Steps reserves the right to refuse and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.
STEP 3 - COURIERS TO PICK UP AT THE ADDRESS
After we have received your payment for an exchange (R240) and established that your order is eligible for an exchange you will receive a waybill via email.
Please print the waybill and have it ready with the package for collection. We will arrange for the courier to provide a plastic shipping bag. Please note that we cannot indicate a specific time that the pick-up will take place, we can only book a pick-up for a particular date, not a time.
STEP 4 – RECEIVING YOUR NEW PARCEL OR GIFT CARD
Once we have received your parcel, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is in a clean, unwashed, unworn, and unused condition with swing tags still attached. Depending on stock availability please allow 10-15 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange. Your exchange will be sent to the same address that your order was originally sent to.
Should you wish to return your item we will refund your purchase in the form of a store gift card.
Should STEPS SCRUBS supply the incorrect Product or if the Product you received is damaged, the Company shall exchange the Product for a new one, provided that the damaged or incorrect unit is returned in its original packaging with all the tags and extras still as received. If the customer however wears or uses the product or removes the tags of the incorrect, damaged or faulty item, then the exchange by Steps Scrubs for a new item is void.
Should you use your product and spot a factory fault within 2 months of receiving it, STEPS SCRUBS will then replace that item for you. Please email email@example.com for more info.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
- where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
Please note, that the Steps Team will first examine the item. Steps Scrubs reserves the right to not grant an exchange if deemed that the fault is not a factory fault.
