How long will delivery take after placing my order?

Our lead time on orders is between 14-21 business days as orders are made per individual order placed.

Personalization such as embroidery can add up to 7 business days to your order.

Custom orders, extra length pants and orders with custom measurements are made according to exact measurements of each individual order placed.

Manufacturing of these can take up to 21 Business Days.

How long does it take to get my package after receiving tracking details?

Delivery in South Africa takes about 1-5 working days from when your order has been shipped.

On average this is when you can expect your delivery:

  • Cape Town and surrounds: ±1-2 working days
  • Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, etc.): ± 2-3 working days
  • Outlying Areas: ± 3-5 working days

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel all the way to your door.

How can I track my parcel?

When your item is shipped you will receive an email, just follow the link for tracking on your item.

EMBROIDERY:

What can be embroidered on my scrubs?

We allow embroidery of Logo’s and names to your scrub tops. 

All Logos will need Digitization at a once-off fee of R300.

Please ensure you enter the correct spelling and wording, including capitalization and grammar.

How long will the embroidery take?

Embroidery of a name can take 3-7 Business days.  

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card payments from Visa or MasterCard through PayFast which is integrated into our site. We have also partnered with Payflex to allow you to pay for your order over 4 equal payments.

How does shipping work for gift cards?

Our virtual gift cards are digital items so there are NO shipping costs!

Your virtual Gift Card will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout.

Can I exchange a product if it does not fit?

Yes, most certainly! You can log your exchange using our online exchange process which you can find here.

Regrettably, we do not offer free exchanges at this point. You will have to cover the shipping costs for any exchanges yourself. We will have your set collected, exchanged, and send back to you at your own cost (R240). Depending on stock availability exchanges can take between 10-14 business days.

Please make sure to read our Returns and exchange policy before purchasing.

Sale items:  Please note we do not allow exchanges on SALE items. All sale/discount items are final sale.

What if I have personalized my scrubs? Can I still exchange?

Unfortunately, we cannot re-sell items that have been personalized.

Do you offer customized sets?

Yes we do, just fill out the section for custom-sets on the product page.

Ensure that you measure exactly according to our guide.

Do you guys have a pick-up option for online orders?

Yes, we have a pick-up option available in Upington. Select the pick-up option when checking out online. We will inform you when your order is ready for collection. Collections are available at 44A Schroder street, Upington.

How do I become a STEPS SCRUBS Ambassador?
