EXCHANGE POLICY
We at STEPS Scrubs will always be available to give advise regarding sizes, it is up to you as the customer to ensure that your measurements are correct before placing your order. If you are unsure please feel free to ask. Please note that our Sizing Chart is just an estimate, everyone is unique and won't necessarily match the chart. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure to prevent unnecessary fees associated with returns.Β
However, in the circumstance that your item doesn't fit, please contact us E-mail: thestepsway@gmail.com or WhatsApp: 064 992 3360 within 7 Days after delivery.Β
In the event of incorrect sizing the return will be on the clients own account (R240).Β
Returns must be in new, unworn condition, in the state you recieved them and made within 7 Days from purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a no cancellation/refund policy for orders placed. We do not offer cash refunds. However, if you notify us within 48 hours from purchase, we will offer a cash refund. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process.
