98% Cotton

Wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low and Iron inside-out

Delivery will depend on stock availability on site and timing of incoming stock which can be between 14-21 Business Days. Personalization such as embroidery can add up to 7 Business days to your order.

After personalization your order will be packed and send off for delivery, you will then receive your tracking details. Delivery can take up to 4 Business days, depending on your location. 

Custom orders (extra length pants and custom sizes) are made according to exact measurements of each individual order placed. Manufacturing of these can take up to 21 Business Days. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We at STEPS Scrubs will always be available to give advise regarding sizes, it is up to you as the customer to ensure that your measurements are correct before placing your order. If you are unsure please feel free to ask. Please note that our Sizing Chart is just an estimate, everyone is unique and won't necessarily match the chart. Feel free to contact us if you are unsure to prevent unnecessary fees associated with returns. 

However, in the circumstance that your item doesn't fit, please contact us E-mail: thestepsway@gmail.com or WhatsApp: 064 992 3360 within 7 Days after delivery. 

In the event of incorrect sizing the return will be on the clients own account (R240). 

Returns must be in new, unworn condition, in the state you recieved them and made within 7 Days from purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a no cancellation/refund policy for orders placed. We do not offer cash refunds. However, if you notify us within 48 hours from purchase, we will offer a cash refund. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE and no Returns will be allowed on these items.
